When you schedule online or call to schedule, we will send you your forms to fill out online prior to your appointment. You can also upload your Insurance card to your virtual file cabinet and we can verify it ahead of time.

• Highmark

• Medicare

• Aetna

Call the number on the back of your card to make sure that your specific plan covers chiropractic care. ​

Some Insurance plans will charge you multiple copays for Exams and Treatments. We also do physical medicine in the office, which falls under Physical Therapy codes. Some Insurance companies are requiring an extra copay ON TOP OF your adjustment copay.  This is a new rule from some insurance companies and not something that we instituted.
